Dialog format for transfer qualification and readiness for change

The major technological and structural changes brought about by the transformation of the automotive industry are also increasing the training needs of employees. Learning and training are key to securing jobs in Baden-Württemberg in the long term and developing them in future fields of activity. This supports the mission of the ‘Dialogue Format for Transfer Training and Readiness for Change’, which creates an opportunity for exchange and networking for the automotive industry. Companies report on their experiences and discuss challenges, best practice examples and lessons learned with regard to qualification concepts, changing areas of focus and strengthening employees' willingness to change. The dialogue format has been established in the state pilot project Transformationswissen BW.

In December 2024, a comprehensive study on skilled worker qualification in the automotive industry was also published, featuring specific best practice examples and recommendations for action from the industry.
