The state agency e-mobil BW GmbH endeavors to make its websites accessible in accordance with Section 10 (1) of the State Disability Equality Act (L-BGG).

This accessibility statement applies to the website sda.e-mobilbw.de.

 

1. Status of compliance with requirements

The website of the state agency e-mobil BW is partially compliant with the requirements of Section 10 (1) L-BGG. There is content that makes it difficult for people with disabilities to access information.

 

2. Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

Incompatibility with Section 10 (1) L-BGG

  • Some of the integrated map applications cannot be adequately operated using assistive technologies 
  • Links that lead to documents or websites outside the State Agency's website
  • Information on navigation and website content in German sign language and easy language is not available
  • A declaration of accessibility in easy language is not available

3. Creation of this accessibility statement

This statement was created on July 14, 2025.

In accordance with Section 4 (2) (1) of the L-BGG Implementation Ordinance (DVO), e-mobil BW carried out a self-assessment for the purpose of creating this statement. Findings from an audit report by the Monitoring Agency for Media Accessibility in February 2024 were also incorporated into the creation of this accessibility statement.

The statement was last reviewed on July 28, 2025.
