Removing barriers to the financing, development and operation of charging infrastructure

The members of this mission have developed a joint recommendation paper with concrete proposals for action to remove identified obstacles in the area of charging infrastructure.

The interdisciplinary working group worked in small groups to formulate feasible solutions for the more than 100 obstacles identified in Mission III in 2022. The focus was on the topics of ‘optimising state funding’, ‘simplifying approval processes, procedures and standards’, ‘strategy/financing’ and ‘availability of space’. The final report was presented at the annual SDA event in 2023. The paper calls on all parts of the state government to promote the use of electromobility in their business areas and remove barriers to its use.
