Feasibility study on pilot charging and refueling infrastructures for long-haul trucks — VorPiLaTes

The aim of the feasibility study was to identify suitable locations for setting up a charging and (hydrogen) refueling infrastructure.

In the course of the mission, the current state of the art, the status of standards development and the market availability of high-performance fast-charging and filling station infrastructure for long-distance truck transportation were examined. Furthermore, 15 requirement criteria for the location evaluation of charging and refueling infrastructure were determined and promising locations in Baden-Württemberg were identified. The results were recorded in a final report. The mission thus concludes the first part of the joint SDA project "Pilot charging and refueling infrastructure for long-haul trucks" (PiLaTes).
